We typically have same-day appointment availability and accept walk-in patients for Urgent Care visits. For routine health maintenance appointments, please call (423) 661-3600. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.

We accept most public and private insurance plans. We also offer special pricing for cash-paying patients for most procedures.

☞ MEDICARE ANNUAL WELLNESS EXAM
Scenic City Family Practice provides Medicare Annual Wellness Exams. Please contact the practice if you have any additional questions regarding this exam and eligibility or to schedule your appointment. A Medicare Annual Exam Questionnaire should be filled out and brought with to your Annual Wellness appointment.
☞ e-PRESCRIBING AVAILABLE
Scenic City Family Practice is pleased to announce the availability of ePrescribing. E-Prescribing is a computer-based transmission and filling of a prescription between your provider and pharmacy. We encourage you to contact your pharmacy directly for refills to facilitate a faster turnaround time for refill requests.
